2. Digital Products & Delivery

• Notes & Boosters: Delivered instantly via a secure download link upon successful payment.
• Major/Minor Projects: Project source codes and synopsis files will be manually delivered to your registered Email and WhatsApp within 24 hours of purchase.
• No physical copies or CDs will be shipped to your address.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Because we deal in digital goods that can be easily copied after downloading, our refund policy is strict:

• No Refunds: All sales of digital PDFs, Notes, and Project Source Codes are final. Once the file is downloaded or delivered, no refunds will be issued.
• Exceptions: If you made a duplicate payment by mistake, or if you receive a corrupted file that we are unable to fix within 48 hours, a 100% refund will be initiated to your original payment method.
• Refunds (if approved) may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your bank account.
